Indoor climbing centre

Our purpose built indoor climbing centre offers two distinct climbing areas, each designed to support different ages, abilities, and styles of climbing.

Lower Centre – Roped and Lead Climbing & Bouldering

The Lower Centre is home to our main climbing facility, featuring:

25 roped climbing walls with over 60 routes (typically graded 4 to 7a+)
14 lead climbing walls for advanced climbers
Up to 50 bouldering problems, ranging from beginner friendly to highly technical
A mix of top rope, auto belay, abseil, overhang, slab, bridge, and cave features

This space is ideal for climbers of all abilities — from first timers to experienced lead climbers.

The Lower Centre also hosts:

NICAS courses (Levels 1–4)
Coaching sessions
GCSE climbing programmes
Have-a-go sessions for groups, families, and beginners

Upper Centre – Fun Walls

Our Upper Centre is home to 12 colourful, themed Fun Walls, offering exciting climbing challenges for all ages, including:

Speed racing walls
A climbing tree
Beat the Lava
Other creative, confidence building challenges

Fun Walls are perfect for Scouts, Guides, schools, youth groups, families, and public visitors.

Booking Information

Public bookings open 2 weeks in advance
Groups can book private sessions further ahead, subject to availability
Both the Fun Walls and the Roped Centre can be booked independently depending on your needs.
